How many of you boys are going to be going to York drag way this month? 25th I think. I know the likes of Craggy and co will be there I bet?

lol yeah, french car show for hopefully some french totty, anyways, we need a cliosport mega piss up, im not on abouta quiet nite in a gaff either, i mean out till closing time with 12 pints and the rest in ya, where and when lol il sort a donny one some time and crash at mine or somewhere else if anyone knows anywhere better, this in wrong post but im pissed lol

remember, no lowered cars into York. that in road is fecking awful! Need a bloody 4x4 to get up it! (well not really but you would think they would fix it)



Any 1.2s up for the game? May run mine if someone else does. Its got no engine mods and 17s with a lot of ice so winning shouldnt be hard?!?!?

lol stands for laff out loud mate, i thort i was going on 25th too til adi reminded me french car show, but this piss up idea has been in my head since last friday, not sure what day 1/4 mile is on but ill defo go even if i cant afford to race cos of fcs, but if anyone wants to make a weekend of it a night in donny on fri, trip down to leics or wherever carshow is sunday then york mon, all welcome:) plenty of room and a good chance for a get together, thats assuming york is on on monday???, what day is the 25th? either way a piss up is welcome, vtec sorry i dint catch ur first mname mate but i dont like callin ya vtec as we met before. anyways if its not on for the monday theres a clio sport meet there in june, which loads will be at

Its Ben mate. The 25th is the sunday, so we could do with sorting out which day most people will be at. If RWYB is on monday then ill more than likely go then. As last time we went it was a bloody nightmare cause of the Beatle vs Mini b#llocks. Dont want to be sat there three hours waiting for a run like your mate in the Red 172 had to put up with.

Yup, I am definately there again... :D

This time I am gonna strip it out though (a la Craggy, Paddy, TimO, etc...) and I also have a new Group N downpipe & de-cat on its way, so will easily be in the 14s this time! ;)



Its Monday 26th that we want folks, as thats RWYB day then and its the French Car Show on Sunday 25th, so we dont wanna go then anyway.

This time I plan on getting there early and going straight for the RWYB class, as last time was uttter b0ll0x and we just sat wating in class C like muppets, so got f*ck all runs in until later on.



p.s. Remember crash helmets and driving licences kids... :oops:

cheers mate, monday it will be then now i need to convince my dealer that a manufacturing fault and not my driving has shagged the mounts, its going in but they dont know whats hit them, we shall see eh. see you all at some point on the weekend/monday then!

Dont think I can make the FCS, but "shes" working on the bank holiday Monday, so I am free to do whatever that day and so I am bound for York... ;)



Got the Tuesday off too, for free! :cool:

Well my latest info is Santa Pod RWYB is on the weekend after next the 18th May or something, then the first York RWYB Ill be at will be the big Cliosport meet at the end of July, with a night out on the town on Saturday then 1/4 miling Sunday. Ill prob try and make it up to the land of pigeon fancying and whippet training some time in between, cos I just cant get enough of York Dragway its a wicked spot. But first time out this season for the newly turbocharged beast will be the Pod in a couple of weeks time - 13 seconds is the target.

How much does it cost at Santa Pod & York?

The PODs a bit far if my gearbox goes but would like to see urs in action at York Nick. :cool: My aim is 16! :D

I think at York it was £8 to get in and £15 for as many runs as you like. Its the most fun you can have for £23!!
