I have a mk1 1.8 16V clio which i unfortunately spun last year leaving the back alxe slightly bent (very costly on tyres). My 1st car was a 1.9 Diesel mk1 clio and i still have it sitting round the back. Just wondered if its possible to take the axle of the 1.9D and put it on the 1.8? It is possible to convert the 1.9 axle to the discs or am i just aswel buying another 1.8 axle??
