1 Bucket Method FTW! (PH-Quick Content)(Pic heavy)

Decided to keep the Clio for the summer at least. Its been parked up since the end of February. I originally bought it for the Le Mans trip but had to pull out after losing my job!

Myself and Danny brought it back to life last weekend sorting out the couple of issues that were bugging me!

Took it for its first drive this morning, 24 mile round trip to work and back, averaged 58.8mpg @ 50mph, which i was very happy with!

Was looking rather sorry for its self as it was lying so long in the elements, so after a 12hr shift i decided to give it a decent scrub using the 1 bucket and sponge method lol!

Wheels where in a terrible state and it took me over an hour with a full bottle of AG wheel cleaner to get them to a reasonable standard. The really do need a refurb, but that can be done last!

Couple of before pics taken with my BB Bold:

Pretty much all the wheels were in the above state!

After pics (ignore the fog light lol):

That was only a wash, once the front and rear bumpers are painted then i will get Alan to do a full correction on it!

Washed with Turtle wax shampoo, wheels done with AG wheel cleaner and tyres dressed with AG tyre dressing!

Yeah it is mate, glad i never sold it in the end! Easily worth more than the £1999 price tag i had on it!

They need painted to get them back upto scratch, its a belter though, strong engine fo' sho
