Hi,
As the title suggests my 2002 1.2 16v clio is currently creeping up to the 100k mark. (97.5k to be exact)
In the past I have always been of the school of 100k and your engines about shot, that is because any car ive seen hit 100k have all been sheds. 1989 Metro :rasp: for example.
I also understand that small engined cars dont usually clock up earth shattering miles such as a 2.5 L Diesel Vecta rep mobile would. Without alot of problems.
My question is how many more miles can I expect before it becomes uneconomical to keep the car. as far as I can tell It seems to drive the same as it always has. unless im just not noticing a steady decline
So far its had apart from the normal servicing. Which is a FRSH.
Cambelt 75k
Battery 80k
1 Rear Wheel Bearing 90k
Brake Servo and Master Cylinder 97k
