106 Brake Issue - Advice Needed Soon

  Evo 6, E92 320d
My friend's 106 has just had new discs/pads fitted, after this the pedal got progressively more spongey, so he had them bled today and it still does it, right to the floor. If you keep pushing the pedal it gets better but then goes back to soft.
Master cylinder was checked ok, could it be the drums?

Whatever is wrong with it is related to having the discs/pads changed. I wouldn't go looking at the drums just yet.

It's either air in the system or a dodgy master cylinder. Get the lines bled again (maybe by somebody else) and if that fails to sort it, get the master cylinder checked again (by somebody else)
