12v Power source?

Guys wheres the best place to take a 12v feed from inside the clio? I would usually use the fag lighter but thats not "always on".

Do you need a constant 12v supply then?

It will drain your battery if its always on hehe

Erm other then cutting up wires in the car, i took a feed from battery then onto a splitter box located under passanger seat.

Just make sure you fuse things properly.

Always on as in constant power but controled by a switch
I just wondered if there was already source in the car somewhere being lazy and all lol
In my last car I just pimped the power from the fag lighter wires lol

You could take it from the radio....

But i would seriously just run your own feed with suitable fuses.

Problem with takign off fag lighter/HU is you run the risk of overloading it all. Which will pop there fuses lots.

interior light and the door switches have permanent +ve feed to them but check the loading before using either of these
