Will they fit straight onto my standard Dynamique? IS the offset different due to the wider front wings?

Also what size tyres do they need?

194/45 R16 or 205 but thats just personal preference,

Yes they will fit straight on but some people choose to place some spacers on with them to push them out a little but I believe this is once again personal preference.

That I'm unsure on I'm afraid, Educated guess yes as same Stud Pattern and Centre Size but it is Renault so who knows
