16v badges?

hi guys, im spraying my side bullets white, and want the 16v writing black. should i sand it all down prime it, then spray it all white and then touch up with black for the writing, or should i remove the writing and glue bk on before i laquer?

Instead of spraying them yourself, send um to me and ill spray then, see my post and return spray service, your looking at £30 returned within 72 hours for any bullets (including coloured writing).
