17" wheels on valver - ET40

Hi all,

I have found a set of alloys I would like to fit on my car - the only problem is that the ET is 40. Will this be a problem?

shouldnt be

the OE offset is 36 and most aftermarket wheels for the car would be supplied in a 38 offset anyway

plus, its better to have the offset slightly higher than slightly lower, as if its a little higher you can always get some small spacers to take it further out, 3mm ones would make those wheels 37 offset, pretty much perfect
