172 51 plate only starting when throttle is pressed?????

My clio sport 51 reg 172 only starts if i turn the key plus holding the throttle down? Any suggestions as i feel like a right idiot rwving it up at asda...lol. Please help me.... Also, im new to here... Thanks... Adam.

Where abouts are you from? No clue on the issue, but could be worth taking it up to a specialist if nothing further added here depending how close you are to them :]

Would citroen and pug specialist do? Im in north wales and im about 16 miles away from these.. Worth a try? I was wondering if it had anything to do with it juddering a little in low gears? Or is this a misfiring cylinder???

It only starts on its own when the engine is warm???
