172 adjustable gear linkages?

Ive got a phase 1 172 could the gear linkages be causing it to pop out of third gear.
It selects 3rd fine. And when you bring the clutch up. Still okay and will run but soon as I touch the throttle it pops out. Any ideas?

Check all the engine mounts, I can't remember which one it is but I think it's the dogbone mount which causes it too pop out of gear

Yeah drivers side engine mount is shocking needs replacing. Not too sure about the dogleg. Ill check and get back.
Its common looking at google lol
