172 air con

Hi guys, ive had the 172 for about 10months now but ive never been able to work the air con, theres no difference between the cold air and the air con, ive resently had the 36k service and they said it was working fine.

can anybody tell me how to work this thing????

Mk1 or Mk2? theyre very different.

Mk1 - set temp to coldest, a/c on , fan on full - you should freeze

Mk2 - set temp to MIN (press blue button until MIN appears), then press AUTO - you should freeze

It may need re-gassing if you dont get cold air coming out.
