172 Conversion

I want to put a 172 or 182 engine into my 2003 1.2. 16v clio ,what part would i need to do this and has anybody do it on here , if not i may take it somewhere to be do if so where is the best place to take it and how much would it cost.

honestly mate ur better off selling ur car and buying a 172 would be a much better handling + u get the 172 interior and body differrences.

cheap enough to buy a 172 as well, just shop around on insurance

Just do it - it will give you lots of mechanical experience and if its in sleeper trim ....lots of fun to

kits is £1500 + vat

I agree with matt, its great fun to do! and Id say my 5 door handles a tad better than the 3 door equivilant
