172 conversion

What kind of price do you think Id be looking at at getting 172 engine into my little clio.

And what parts would be involved dont need to worry about brakes (obvisly will be upgrading them)

But what else would be need

Engine, gearbox, ecu, wire loom....and what else.

a bit far away for me to travel, and they said it would take em 3-4 weeks, wont be able to get the time off to either travel down and leave car, nor stay down while its done.

not me personally, but I know a few people in the local area that have the know how, but the reply I get is " get the parts and ill do it" so realy the question is what parts?!

Do a serch the list and loads of details have been written i started the topic so do a search will find the answer quick.

Matt at renault specilaist breakers in accrinton sells the kits for all you need for £1.5k+ vat,

Stopped doing them now - when our brain dead monkeys strip the cars they just f**k everything up and its not worth the hassle i get from customers chasing bits

not at moment Fred - got a few MK1 skeletons knocking about but theres not much left on them
