Anyone got the exact settings for tracking a 172 cup on a 53 plate?

Answering my own question here, just spoke with Renault and the setting are as followed:

Total toe out 12' + - 5'

Suspension setup details for Mk2 none sport 14 and 15 inch wheels
Williams (all phases)
Mk2 phase 2
Mk2 phase 2 (the ones with the 1.2 are different so seperate details are listen for them)
172 Cup
Phase 2 172
phase 1 172
182 both Cuped and none cup packed cars
Mk1 V6
