What is the best air filter to get for performance and the induction roar in a cup?

ANy open IK.

what about the viper evo?

Closed IK, will make much better power but the noise is less agressive. Still alot more than std though.

open i/k sucks in hot air from engine bay and will lose power, will sound good but defo lose power, if u can afford it go for the itg maxogen, carbon fibre airbox with itg filter i think they are £360 and are meant to give about 7bhp gain but u will probably need an engine re map to get the most benefit out of it and to make sure the engine doesnt run too lean
