172 cup aircon?

Are they an option or was it standard?

I know climate was an option.

Climate has aircon basically, and yes climate was an option (fairly rare on cups).

the 182 cup had air con.

When i got mine brand new - i got told under no circumstances was there any options, then after i'd signed and sealed, i found the extras list! Nnot that i would have gone for any! Hardcore all the way!

yeah. Nothing or climate. Only the later cups (03/53 iirc) had the option though.
