172 cup engine light on + misfire, swapped plugs now engine light stays on?

Yesterday I drove a good 50 miles with no issues at all, then on the way home at around 10pm I put my foot down in the 3rd and the car started to mis & hesitate then the engine light flashed on & off for a few minutes.

This morning I checked coil pack which is firing to all the HT leads. Checked the spark plugs & the nearest plug to the panel filter looked like this.....

Wrong type of plug as well........

So I've bought the correct plugs & fitted them this afternoon. Started the car & it ran like a bag of spanners & cut out?
Started it again & it ran perfect again but the engine light is now staying on (not flashing)??


Any ideas?

^ ye I suggested Paul and also his dad at RS Murrays before to him mate.

He says its sorted itself out now after the plug change and clearing fault codes
