Ive been in telford_mikes and his Magnex certainly does purr. Ill probably go for something like that as I have to do too many miles to work to live with bleeding ears every day. Jills K-Tec on the other hand can be heard at 70mph on the motorway when behind her
If I didnt do so many miles Id go dogmauls route. Looking forward to hearing that

Id love to be able to treat my car as a plaything, but unfortunately its a mode of transport, and a rattling one at that. Maybe if Id not been going to he USGP Id pick up an old Valver to play with, now that would at least get it out of my system.

its pretty annoying really how everyone seems to just argue on here, nothing gets resolved. Someone asks a question and a full blown riot kicks off just cos people have differing opinions. like you said, diff opnions will lead to disagreements.......nowt wrong with that.
And once youve been on here a while youll see that people can read deep into the posts enough to see sarcasm and alot of piss taking/winding up.
If anybody is intentionally harmful, they tend to be quite blunt.
Oh, and most threads tend to go off topic after a while, its natural progression of conversation, otherwise we would start a new thread all the time!
If you just want a pur, leave the cat on and get a system with at least 2 silencers. Magnex, sorpion, jetex will all probably suit your needs fine.

erm the filter im geting not for noise but for power same as the exhaust im getting it for power not noise decat is power not noise lol i dont car what it sounds like i just need the power and it will be getting remaped to take care of fueling and who knows what im going to do next !!!!
LoL @ Rob, I know on little 1.2s these things dont make much of a difference, but they do make a difference, youve just got to see Bambam and freds 1/4 mile times to see that, so on a 172 they make a bit more of a difference, and are worth it, noise is just a side issue, performance is the main reason for these things.
Rob, what are you on? I think you need to smoke a little less weed mate, I know it normally has no effect but in your case I think its damaging your fragile little mind.
