172 cup Gearbox Recon (Midlands)

Hi, has anybody on here had their cup box recon'd? Mine wont go into 4th gear and my MOT is due soon so will need to get this sorted. Also has anyone got any contacts of who can do this within the West Midland area and a rough price too? or would my best option be to buy a second hand box? I think i would prefer to get mine reconditioned as I know that no work should need to be done after this.

The guy is doing my alloy refurb as we speak, ( and given me some green oz super's to drive on in the meantime) I wasnt aware that he did this? I will ask him when I go to pick the alloys up!
