172 Cup LSD Recommendations

Im takeing my gearbox out for a rebuild so seems a good time to get a LSD

Anyone got any recomendations on what they would use?

Its mainly Road use but it goes on track too

I had a quaife in mine and it worked very well and a bit more suited for everyday use.
The gripper is more suited to track and requires rebuilds every so often

If it was me I would go for a plate type LSD over a atb LSD , plate type diffs don't need rebuilt as much are u might think
