172 Cup passenger side hub

Can someone cost up how much a new one would be from renault? I don't know the part numbers!

Also, am I right in thinking the 182/cup hubs won't fit?

To answer the question above though (not for the person asking it, for anyone finding the thread now its been bumped) 182 hubs are not the same at all.
