172 cup question

did they only make cups in 2002 as when u insure then it only says 2002/02, and no other dates, but i have seen some 2003 ones ??? are they just late regestered ones. so are they all 2002.

Mine was a 2003 car... they ran until 53 Reg

Mine's a Jan 2004 registered 53 plate. I think they came in 52, 03 and 53 plates.

Think there may be a few 04 plates, the last 200 were available in December 2003 (mine is late December) and a few were around later than that. Didn't some dealer buy the last ones up in 2004 and sell them a bit cheaper?

bought mine 2004 on 53plate , registered in 2004 for 11k , 2 months later they were down to 10k as the new model 182 came out ,

bought mine in april 2004, was registered in november 2003, its o a 53 plate, got it for £10500 with 80 miles on the clock!!!! bargin!!!

"it says it must be a 182 here"
"no, its a 172 Cup, a 2004 model"
"we'll put it down as a 182 Cup as 172 Cup isnt on the list for that age"
