172 Cup Seat airbag resistors

Am i rite in thinking that 172 cups (without side airbags in the seats) do not need resistors when fitting aftermarket seats retaining the seat belt pretensioners?

my airbag light is on but this could be due to either the seats or the aftermarket steering wheel (has resistors not sure what oem but im fitting some 3.3 ohm tommorow)

Yes seats don't, but make sure the pretensioners are connected. Any resistor between 3-4 ohm will do, doesn't have to be 3.3 on the nose.

I'd used, 3.9 Ohm 0.6 Watt
