172 CUP - spec

Ok below is a spec of what I’m aiming to get before June. I want to get around 200bhp from it. I think I’m going to buy the Maxogen IK in about a week. The lowest price I can find it for is £370 if I remember.. Anyone know of anywhere cheaper? Or shall i just get the Hill power ik for £223.25 Club... Is the Maxogen that’s much better? I must say I do prefer the look of the Hill power ik.

-ITG Maxogen carbon induction kit for 172 CUP (Currently got K&N Replacement air filter)
-Exhaust & Inlet manifolds modified + matched
-SMT6 mapable piggy back ecu
-Cams
-Colour coded engine cover

-Stainless battery cover – Being made
- Fancy Plates with Legal text – ordered
-Strut brace front – GOT – need to fit after spraying it blue if I find the correct colour
-Eibach Pro Kit – GOT
-Exhaust (big an fat!) – GOT
-Xenon lights - Tinted Blue - GOT
- Other – ClioSport Brake, ClioSport Club sticker, 172 Cup badge rear end, 172 Cup Tax disc,

I would spend more money on suspension and brakes.

SUSPENSION

Koni/Eibachs 400
H&R 650/700

Both are a great improvement on standard and the H&R being coilover you can adkust the height to suit your taste.

BRAKES

DS2500 - 80
New discs if needed - 65
Braded hoses 50
Fluid - good stuff and bleed the brakes properly.

I would do this before upping the HP past IK and exhaust etc.

sounds like a plan there matey ^^^ i agree suspension and brakes.

a colour coded engine cover wont make it 200 bhp. neither will a cup badge for the rear. IMO they look tacky. other than that, keep us posted! will be good to see the different stages.
