172/ CUP Turbo

just wondering if there was a turbo or supercharger kit for the 172 or CUP yet or if there is one in the pipe line??
what would be the main problems with this (apart from losing your license)??

There isnt one available off the shelf yet mate, K-tec racing are currently getting one ready for retail but its a couple of months of yet.

yeh, my search function wasnt working before but i have since seen another post on this subject. sorry. seems like its a bit pricey for what its worth.

Well if it achieves what K-Tec claim on a rolling road, then it may be worth it. I think the price will have to drop a bit though before more people will be in the position to get it fitted. Ive heard rumours, i may be wrong however, that it would be something like 3k for the parts and the same again to fit.

k-tec and BB tuning are developing them and someone has posted about a kit thats available in the states and they are looking to possibly find a distributor in europe. most power figures seem to be 250-300 bhp depending upon who you talk to.

Loony!! States (well Mexico!!) K-tec are the europe distributor for autodynamica!!!
