Chipping won't make any real difference.

Startlet is light but the cup should have the edge it does the quarters in about mid 14 seconds the Startlet at about that power your looking at 15 seconds

They may be quick in a straight line (when tweaked) but they're *HIDEOUS* to drive IMHO those Starlets...

Cup will offer much more in the way of driver experience/handling

my mates got a GTT with stainless exhaust and filter no other mods and untill 70-80mph there isnt much in it at all between it and my 172, i just pull slowly, after 80mph though its bye bye! and the starlet doesnt handle anywhere near as well and its on TRD Springs and uprated dampers.

You do have to watch those starlets, apparantly its not unusual for them to be running 200+bhp - for how long is another matter plus I cant imagine they are the best handling car!
