172 cup

just wondering if the 172 cup has airbags and a spare wheel? if theres no spare wheel is there room to put one?

yes it has airbags , it also has the wheel well for a space saver .

No spare wheel just a can of foam the wheel well is still there though. Its Imo a great idea and stupid not to put a full sized spare in there.

Yep it has driver and passenger airbags the side seat airbags are removed form the normal clio 172 spec though.

No side air bags and no spare wheel. You could put one in the space however.

couple of things , apparently the foam stuff is poo .....though i've never used it myself .
i bought a turrini and have it as a spare but the boot board does sit right as the well is only really for a space saver .

dont really wanna be stranded one time with no wheel and the kids/mrs in the car .

yes it is , i remember LEE who did a thread on the foam stuff and it didn't work

Yep but it renders the tyre usless where often a cheap or free repair patch can fix it and tyre fitters hate the stuff.

Plus it doens't work for long if at all if the damage is i the side wall or a big hole in the tyre.

good stuff then. may have to invest in a spare wheel of some sort just to get me by incase of a puncture. you know what the offset of the wheels are on the cup?

I had to use the foam stuff and it worked a treat, well the second can did the first was bunged up.
