172 damn it!!

I changed the cambelt and water pump on my 02 172 last week and since then theres been a whining/sqeeking noise coming from the car. Ive been told that it could be the power steering pump. Just wondering if last weeks work has effected it or something? any help would be great!!

Your sure you tensioned the belt corrently yes?

timing belt is set too tight

i had it done in the garage. There was no noise to start with then it escalated to a noise that went if i turned the steering slightly to how it is now as a constant whining

if im static in the car on the driveway, and i turn the steering wheel it makes that whinning noise and the cars revs drop??? power steering pump
