Any ideas on how to remove the inside of the drivers door?

After my little accident the outside door handle doesn't work so I need to take it off and have a look. Or will I even be able to get to the back of the handle from the inside?

Yep, easy.

Torx screw holding door handle with mirror adjust/window switches in.
torx screw holding door opening silver handle.
four torx screws at bottom of doorcard.
little triangle interior mirror cover pulls off.
so does door trim by b pillar.

Door card itself is held on by poppers and butyl. ease it off starting from bottom. then slide it out of the lip at the window seal.

Most likely the handle linkage has shat itself.

If you want me to have a look, i'll have the parts to fix it- bring it to Chertsey on Saturday and i'll get it working for £30.

I'll have to have a look myself as the insurance have cancelled the policy as it's aparently not road worthy so I won't be driving it anywhere...mild piss boiler that one!

If I can get the outside handle to work then get it through an MOT I'll be able to continue using it..
