172 drivers seat has lots of play front to back when i rock.....

it really moves quite a lot, its locked in place too....??

sounds to me like the bolts that bolt the subframe in are loose

the bolts that hold the seat to the chassis are secure, is that what u mean?

check the bolts 2 x 10mm either side attach the seat to the runners..... if they are tight then you'll need some new runners as they wear out

Either the runner bolts or the bolts that go through the chassis.
