172 Engine Mounts - Knocking pulling away.

I have noticed that when pulling away hard in first i'm getting a knocked noise which I first thought was just the tyres trying to grip.

Is it right in me thinking this is the 'Dog Bone' engine mounts???

I know you can get new mounts from KTEC.

Are these the best ones to get and how hard is it to change?

Worth getting and easy to fit imo. Also worth changing your other engine mounts for nice new ones. Also slacken off the 4 bolts around the drivers side top engine mount, lever the top of the engine forward (i use a big bit of wood against my strut brace) and tighten the four bolts back up. Actually do that first as it costs nothing and may help!

Oh yeah, dogbone bushes are easy swap - but... its a bit of a fight getting the old ones out!
