172 Gearbox Oil Dilemma

I have 172 ph1 and I want to replace my gearbox oil.

As you probably know some of you recommend Tranself Elf TRJ 75W80 but others recommend Tranself Elf TRX 75W80.

Can someone tell me for sure which oil is the recommended for my car?

Not sure but I think here in Israel the TRJ is the reccomended for clios 1.4,1.6 and the TRX for the 2.0 172/182. I know a few ppl who used TRJ in their 172 and liked it better, but i guess its just come down to which one you can get more easily and at a cheaper price.
If im mistaken, Im sure another board member will correct me!

i have just put some castrol ep5 75w80 in mine mate and has done it the world of good,drives alot nicer with that in,so i say go for that you wont have any probs

I'm from Israel and we don't have here castrol oil's ...

If there is more opinions I would be happy to read it.
