172 Handbrake Cable

Having real trouble sourcing one of these. Bought one on eBay and the listing said it would fit and it didn't, it's about 40mm too short. Does anyone have a code to save me trying more and having to send them back. It's the drivers side which has broke.

Handbrake cables are sided , one is longer than the other. Sounds like they might have sent you the wrong side ? You'd have been better off messaging Adam from Renault Wolverhampton on here . You won't find any cheaper and delivery is usually very quick .

Well if the one you bought off ebay is the one for the passenger side you'd be better off getting the drivers side from Adam and replacing both now you've got it .
