Hey,

but for wiring I found this image more helpful:
If you've wired them up wrong before, or you've only got one headlight or similar, you've probably popped one of the fuses.
You'll need to put in a fuse for the dual headlights too (if you want the dipped beam to stay on when you use your high beam).
