I bought a 2000 172 and it has a Magnex back box on it. My ears Ring for days after driving the car and I want to quieten it down so I can enjoy driving the car without being deafened. I was thinking about putting a standard backbox on it. Would this be a good swap or can anyone recommend something just as effective and quiet.
