172 needs a service - what do I need?

Ok it's time to spend a few notes on the 172 as she needs a service. A few quick questions. She's a Mk2 Ph2 51 Plate 172.
Which plugs??? And where's cheapest? I hear NGK are good.
What oil do I need?
Is it reccommended to uprate the HT leads?
Oil filter is pretty much standard I guess?
I have an ITG panel filter so shall I just get a cleaning kit for that??
Any other suggestions???

plugs are about £9 each (ngk plats)

HT leads are fine as they are

Stick with original plugs mate! and bang some 5-40 silkolene pro s in.

Should I bother getting the plugs off ebay??? Not a huge fan...
