172 phase 1 bulb fitment

hi guys help, tried finding the fitment earlier and couldn see it, only saw HB3???

wots the fitment of:
main headlight bulb (projector type) guessing h7 by the bulb but dont want to go buying the wrong HID kit

sidelight
high beam

can u recommend a gd set of HIDs, i had a set from HID direct on my corsa; they were good but flicked out every now and then, and my mates had cheaper better ones

I got HIDS4U, had them for ages now, and no problems, Not cheap tho...

think il get HID4U then my mates have them but hi-lows, need to get some xenonish bulbs for the main beam and sides then recommend any?
