172 problem

Filled my water bottle last nite, everything was fine until i got home from work this morning and as i got out my car noticed it pissing out from one of the front headlight washer things, anyone know why this is or how to fix it? i hadnt even used them!

Mine does the same thing too, so i've stopped filling the washer bottle to the top and that seems to stop it.

I 've already had one replaced, imo they are a complete waste of time.
