172 problems when pulling away

Seems like the engine is banging like mad when accelerating any harder than you have to in 1st gear when pulling away!
I take it this is the engine mounts knackered?
What mounts are normally the ones to replace on these, having previously own a 106gti i know they are well known for the lower gearbox mount which is why most seem to go for the group N lower mount.
Can anyone suggest to me which mounts to replace and where to source them from please???????

Sounds like the engine mounts need replacing.

I'd go for K-tec engine mounts

The Dog Bone mount is the one under the car at the back of the engine, if you take the under shield of you will see it
