172 pulling to the left and steering wheel off centre

my clio seems to be pulling to the left a bit
an wheel is off centre
i think i can just adjust the track rods to get the wheel straight
what i want to kno
is this is whats making it pull to the left
as i havent covered this in college yet

I wouldn't go touching it yourself if you don't know about tracking tbh

i ave done tracking at coll
but for 20 quid i spose its worth jus gettin it done at the local garage
