172 rear brake disk bearings - where can i buy them ??

i have a full set of disks to go on my car, but the rears need the bearings.

ive used the search function and the best answer is "why dont you just buy disks with bearings fitted"

so does anyone know where i can get them from and the cost ?

also is the press fit on them mega hard ? mechanic job ?
