172 tractor

right. i no im due a service but surely it shouldnt sound like a tractor. it abit lumpy on idle and sounds really rough wen cold. has any1 got any ideas wot it could be. or is it just over due a service. any advice much appreciated.

Is it misfiring or just sounding lumpy? They do run rough from cold.

nah it doesnt miss fire. i did hear they rn rough. could it be a dirty air flow metre or sumin

check all your spark plugs are tight and maybe and oil chance.

nah it aint that bad. i'll check the plugs and the air flow meter and i'll have a think about other things, if any1 thinks of anything else i'll ive it a go. thanks for the help so far. much appreciated
