172 value???

I have a mate who is interested in buying my 172. It is a mk1, 2000 registered on an X plate. Colour is black. Covered 57,000 miles with full service history. In excellent condition. Have replaced the interior door handles and steering wheel which were tatty. 6 months tax, 12 months mot. 2 new front tyres.

What should I be asking? Parkers say £5090 private sale in good condition. I would welcome your ideas.
