172 wheels fitting?

hi all i have a 51 plate mk 2 phase 2 non sport. I have managed to sort myself out some 172 standard alloys with new tyres for £200. Will these be a straight swap for my 14" steelies that i have atm. I have searched a few posts but there do not seem to be any definitive answers.

ye mate. should go streight on!

They're pretty tight, but they should go on fine. If you're lowering I think you may need to get spacers, but I've not tried that yet.

They'll be fine, lowered or not.

Straight fitment. The offset isn't big enough to worry about tbh
