Hey, replaced the Spark Plugs the other week...
still running rough :( slow...
Sluggish?
Misfiring?
Timing?

Dunno...my bf (mechanic) done it for me...lol i would upload a pic but dunno how...
Pfft u lot aint very friendly are ya?

Could be a number of things like plugs/ht leads/coil pack or lamda sensor on the CAT. I had similar problems which almost* made me an expert on the subject lol. I'd recommend that if your BF is a mechanic plug it into a diagnostic machine to see if he can pin point the porblem before replacing more parts. Good luck.

Take 99% of everything on here with a pinch of salt, don't worry :)

They should be NGK PFR6E-10's, anything else can cause funny issues - I found that out the hard way lol.

I had something similar and changed plugs and leads and was gonna replace he coil pack but found out these had cured it so no need for coil pack.

suddenly people notice the member is of the boobed variety and now help is a plenty lol

I recognise that user name from British mods.

As above, check with whoever fitted the plugs what type they used.
