172FF Max Oil Pressure

I was thinking about buying a t piece (or a sandwich plate)and tapping into my oil pressure switch to fit the sensor for a oil temp gauge.

So does anyone know what the Max oil pressure that the 172ff will run at ?

I was wandering this so i can look into t pieces and hopefully find one rated to a safe pressure that won't blow or leak oil everywhere when i fit it.

Ideally you don't wanna be much over 5-6 bar....certainly this is true for the mk1's, dunno how 172's vary?

You will find all of them will be safe.

No idea on the max pressure but at idle it should read 1 bar and at 3k 3 bar.
