18 - 21 yr old Valver Insurance - Help Required

Ok, i have searched the forum and not come up with anything usefull.

Im looking to buy a valver, preferably under £1k as a driveable project car.

I have been searching the net and the best quote i have found is for £1000 TPFT.

Im 19, Full UK Licence with IAM, live in a almost crime free area and the car will be garaged.

What is everyone else my age paying???

Who's that with? Elephant and Admiral were the best quoters for me when i was trying for insurance on the valver.

I was paying £1275 tpft at 19 but with no no claims (was on a parents insurance policy for the first year and half of driving), garaged and being used for social purposes only, but the car was then valued at 3k.

I will be paying £450 if i decide to keep the car and renew mine now. Am 21 now with 2 years ncd.
