182 airbox???

Did have a powertec induction kit on my 182, the fitting bracket was w**k anyway i cabled it all down-sounded awsome but in back of mind new just a filter in engine bay will just be sucking in warm/hot air even with a cold feed. So i have put my standard airbox back on with ITG panal filter in it and was wondering if there was anything I can do to the standard airbox to improve noise or performance??? any ideas?

doubt you will be able to improve noise as its an enclosed box..

as for performance.. not sure if removing that acoustic valve out of the standard cold air feed does anything?? might be best asking fred or someone.

could always drill a huge hole in the front of the standard airbox and fit a cold air feed straight to the front grill??
