As title really, what and what price from where really..

Onto about the 4th set on the front, and need to replace them out. Was looking to look past the michelin item at the moment due to them being costly and not many miles to them..well about 7,000 per set..

Mytyres.co.uk are the cheapest, but if you factor in the hassle of finding a fitter it will probably be worth ringing independent tyre places.

I would go for the Goodyear F1s too.

If you cant get more than 7k out of set of michelin fronts then, GSD3s are significantly softer imho.

No wonder your 182 is falling to bits.... you must abuse it.. haha

I can appreciate that there are different road surfaces... but i managed 18k on the 172 and that was with very little motorway on it.

Like Maz said i had 20K out of my PS2's and were well worth the money. Tyres is one area where i wouldnt go for cheap alternatives.

Look on mytyres.co.uk, probly the cheapest place to get them.

Im pretty sure its 7,000miles ishy. Had the tyres fitted by kiwk fit in hartlepool. Total price was about £186 for the 2 fitted.

Ill try find the receipt and work it out from the date. I know as ive moved im doing more B road and dodgy A road driving. Since ive moved down here, im nolonger just driving motorway miles, but more roads such as the cat and fiddle & the woodhead road..

Was mainly looking for other tyres to fit to the car etc to try out. There is an auction on eBay for Clio 182 wheels and tyres that have continentals fitted. There is only 3 wheels, but im sure a 4th can be sourced.

Yep have to agree especially if you are only changing 2 I wouldn't have 2 different types of tyres on my car .. just my opinion of course

Jeffreys performance tyres (Warrington) will fit your own supplied tyres for you and gaurantee no damage to the wheels otherwise they will pay for refurb!

I think it is about £10-£12 for fit + balance though per wheel

Ive had the exalto's fitted for the past 36,000miles. Had no worries. Just find they spins alot in the wet, no problems in the wet.

Know ive bought some for the front from

Wrexham Tyres,Johnstown
Kwik Fit, Hartlepool
National Tyres, Hartlepool

Meanwhile the rears are the same set from purchase.

Im over in lincoln dude..

Local garage wont fit anything that is not supplied from them. They wont price match against old receipts from national tyres / kiwk fit either. Think its £93 each for 2. Then the 25% offer comes into play on more tyres which is not too bad i guess.

Cheaper option could be maybe to get 4, 2 fitted 2 in the boot.

Other option is another set of wheels..and sell mine
